After the success of our 2007 Winter Showcase the two traditional
showcases, Summer and Winter are joined by a one day
Spring Showcase on 24 Febuary 2008.

Background
The Sneinton Artists' Group organise several 'Showcase Exhibitions' each year. The 2 day events are held locally at the Green's Mill, Lower Gallery in Sneinton, Nottingham.
Here new work by members is on show and with an average of around 15 member artists participating at these events, the work is varied and diverse. It includes Acrylics, oils, watercolour painting, photography, drawings, jewellery, ceramics, recycled art, digital art, digital music, 3D and Box art, light boxes, metal and wood sculpture, hand crafted fabric and felt pieces.
Many of these exhibits are for sale and you also have the opportunity to buy our craft makers unique gift items including - original prints, tableware, hand made bags, scarves, corsages, felt making kits, silver, beaded and ‘recycled’ jewellery, hand made cards, & card making kits etc.
The artists and craft makers are also on hand to talk about their work, their techniques and inspiration.
Our Showcases are accompanied by a preview evening on the Friday Night from 6pm to 8pm.
Admission to Green’s Mill and the Lower Gallery is free.
